Why Prayers Don't Get Answered

"O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come" (Psalms 65:2)

Now, it appears that some prayers to God get answered and some don't, but for some people, none of their prayers has ever been answered by God. Many are angry with God and fellow men because of this. But does God really cares or listens to our prayers? The bible says he does. "Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear" (Isaiah 59:1). So where are the answers?

Fact 1: You're not praying with faith. Let me explain, true faith comes by hearing the word of God. The only word of God many know is the one they read during sermon and bible reading in church and psalms of protection. They do not study the word of God of their own will. The truth is the more scriptures and word of God you have in you the more powerful, efficient, anointed and fiery your prayers or prayer points are, because it is anointed by the word of, it breaks some common strongholds and roadblocks.

Fact 2: The Seeds You Sow: Most of what we have been through are as a result of seeds sown by someone down our family line. If your parents didn't understand and have sown the seeds of prosperity for their children or posterity, you'll have to labour for it. If your parents have hurt or harm people in the past and didn't make restitutions, you're going to see a lot of wahala in life. If your parents stole where they were supposed give or sow, you'll find yourself doing same later in life, cos to get it legally will be hard. Many of us have sown wrong seeds in the past and it's hurting and haunting us now. To have a better future, start sowing the right and best seeds now. Show someone mercy, Be kind to someone, Help lessen someone's burden, the things you do for people today is what you and your children reap tomorrow. Many do ask God for mercy all the time but to activate the mercy of God in your life, keep showing mercy non stop, sows the seeds of mercies for your children too. "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." (Galatians 6:7)

Fact 3: The Stronghold of Delay: I won't be able to say much about this because it's a different scenario for different individuals. But common strongholds of delays are Curses, Witchcraft, Evil Dedications, Disobedience and Rebellion against God, Occult Manipulation. If you think your prayers ought to have been answered by God but it hasn't, then fast and pray, ask him to show you the STRONGHOLD OF DELAY in your life. If you're consistent in the prayer, you will see it.

Fact 4: Are The Conditions Right/Have You Met The Requirements? Because we are in a physical world, there are conditions and requirements to be able to get certain things done. Sometimes people ask God for something and they get it immediately but they lose it almost immediately because they haven't met the requirements. Why? Because whatever God is giving you reaches your hand first spiritually and you have to be able to convert it to the physical. For instance maybe you're asking God for job breakthrough and it isn't coming, the problem may be you've not yet positioned yourself to get the type of job opportunity you're praying or asking for. So you may have to look at your network, your friends, connections and how much you understand the job market in whatever domain you are. In all, some prayers only get answered when the conditions are right and ripe for them. As you're praying for something, start positioning yourself for them and getting the conditions and environment right for those things. If it's healing you need, seek those men of God who are truly blessed with the gifts of healing or sow the seeds of healing till you're made whole.

Fact 5: Maximizing The Power Of Seeds:

This is for those who are praying and expecting physical things or physical blessings from God. I learned something from God some years ago and it is that he is a merciful God and will favour the merciful above others (Psalm 18:25, Matthew 5:7). The faster way of getting what you need from God is to sow the seed for such in other people's lives. The more you want, the more you give (2 Corinthians 9:6). At least you can get 96% of things you want from God through his mercies and if you want his mercies to flow, make kindness, showing mercy part of your lifestyle, be unapologetic about it. Also, sow the seeds of mercy for your children and children's children now, so when you're no more, the mercy of God will continue to speak for and answer them. 

DON'T ALSO FORGET TO TELL HIM EVERYTHING IN PRAYER, DON'T KEEP SECRETS FROM HIM THAT KNOWS ALL SECRETS, DISCUSS EVERYTHING WITH HIM.
